Pro Help is distributed as a Stuffit (Mac) or Zip (PC) archive. To expand these archives you might need the Stuffit Expander from Aladdin Systems. It's free, handles many archive types and available for both Mac and Windows platforms.

The FileMaker files in both packages are identical, only supplementals differ.
